Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the barcode is clearly visible to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
